You will deal with your stresses of life , progress at work, and even make you more spiritual and religious . Simply because walking will increase blood flow to the brain , therefore , increase their thinking skills . So if you want to be smarter , then get walking.

Walking makes your body releases endorphins , which are natural hormones released into your body to make you feel happy. This can be important when high speed operation . However, people who walk slowly notice an improvement in your mood.
